HOUSE RULES & USEFUL INFORMATION

​General Rules

  • Capacity: 8 guests maximum

  • Pets: Welcome (see specific conditions below)

  • Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 10:00 AM (Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood)

  • Events: No parties or gatherings allowed

  • Commercial Use: Commercial photography/filming is strictly prohibited

  • Smoking: Non-smoking property

  • Check-in: Self check-in via secure key box

During your stay

Schedules

  • Check-in: After 5:00 PM | Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

  • Self check-in: Access the property at your convenience using a secure key box.

  • Included in your stay: Firewood, cleaning fees, bed linen, and towels.

 

Check-out instructions

  • Please gather all used towels in one place.

  • Ensure all lights and electrical appliances are switched off.

Pets

  • Pets and shoes are not allowed upstairs. Please use a blanket/throw to protect the sofas. We rely on our guests' sense of responsibility for all other matters regarding their pets.

Electric vehicles (EV)

  • Strictly prohibited: Charging your vehicle using standard household outlets. A dedicated EV charging station is provided for this purpose.

  • Electricity Consumption: Meter readings will be taken upon arrival and departure. A daily allowance is included (15 kWh/day in Spring/Summer; 25 kWh/day in Autumn/Winter). Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.30 per kWh.

 

Pellet stove

  • A pellet stove is available for heating. Instructions are provided on-site.

  • IMPORTANT: Please warn children that the glass front becomes extremely hot. Do not touch. We decline all responsibility in the event of an accident.

 

Heated Pool

  • Hours: The pool is accessible from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (available from June to September only).

  • Safety: Do not swim after a heavy meal or excessive alcohol consumption.

  • Equipment: Ensure a safety pole, lifebuoy, and phone are nearby to alert emergency services if needed.

  • Security: After swimming, remove all floating objects (toys, buoys) and close the mobile safety deck immediately.

  • Children: Children should wear armbands or life jackets. Never leave children in or near the water without constant adult supervision. We decline all responsibility in the event of an accident.

Wi-Fi

  • High-speed Wi-Fi is included. However, we cannot be held responsible for malfunctions due to external factors (weather, provider technical issues, etc.). 

​

Booking duration

  • During school holiday periods, we exclusively offer weekly rentals. We thank you for your understanding.
